It’s a great source of vitamin C, E and B6. It’s a good way to start the morning with good levels of soluble fibre, which can make you feel fuller for longer, which helps control weight.
Ingredients For My Avocado and Kale Smoothie
- 1/4 fresh avocado
- 1 leaf of kale or 1 handful of spinach
- 1 small banana (or half a large banana)
- 1 scoop of good quality protein powder
- 1/4 cup of almond milk
- 1/4 cup of cold water
- 1 tsp. of psyllium husk
The Steps To Make My Avocado and Kale Smoothie
Step 1: Wash your hands.
Step 2: Place all the ingredients you need in front of you.
Step 3:Chop all the ingredients up and pop it in the blender.
Step 4:Add liquid (almond milk & water)
Step 5:Blend until combined.
Step 6:If the Smoothie is still to think add more water.
Step 7: Drink as soon as you can.
