Exercise Of the Week ” Lat Pulldown”

Exercise preparation
Place hands on bar in a V-shape
Lean back far enough so the bar comes down in front of you (approximately chest width)
Draw belly button inwards towards your spine.
Slowly pull your shoulder girdle downwards, at the same time your arms should follow. Finally retracting your shoulder blades together. On the return phase slowly bring your arms back to the starting position. Be careful not of push your head forward
