Exercise Of The Week “The Flamingo”







“The Flamingo”

This is the best exercise in my opinion for working out legs and your bum, however it is also great for improving core strength and balance.

How to perform exercise:

  • Stand straight with hands resting at your side
  • Slightly lean your body forwards then bring the left or right foot behind you up to hips height
  • After that, briefly touch your toes or the floor. Remember to make sure that you are keeping the left leg extended and straight while keeping the y right knee slightly bent.
  • Do the recommended amount of reps (3 x 15 reps) then switch legs!
