How to Foam roll your Glutes

1.Sit with the left ankle crossed over right thigh, and plant the right foot firmly on the floor with your hand propping you up.
2.Next roll the body forward and back, hitting all parts of the glutes.
3.Roll out each side for 60 seconds, applying a bit more pressure on any pesky trigger points!
