This smoothie is a great source of energy. This recipe is also packed with protein, which helps prevent your body from using its own muscle tissue for energy and help encourage muscle synthesis.
- It is high in soluble fiber, which helps reduce cholesterol levels by lowering the absorption of cholesterol in the intestine.
- It also has a low Glycaemic Index, which will help you sustain energy levels up until your next meal.
Ingredients For My Healthy Banana & Spinach Smoothie
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 scoop of protein powder
- 1 handful of spinach
- 1/3 cup almond milk
- 50ml water
- 2 tbsp. rolled oats
- 1 teaspoons flaxseeds/ Chai seeds/ psyllium husk
The Steps To Make My Healthy Banana & Spinach Smoothie
Step 1: Wash your hands.
Step 2: Place all the ingredients you need in front of you.
Step 3:Everything goes into the smoothie machine until it look like liquid.
Step 4: If the smoothie is still to thick add more water.
