Randwick Nutritionist: Oatmeal With Eggs Breakfast
Randwick Nutritionist- I fancied something different to eat this week for my (second haha!) breakfast, so I decided to make some scrabbled eggs with oatmeal instead. It was one of my clients that had suggested it to me, so I thought I would give it a go!
Ingredients For My Healthy Oatmeal With Eggs Breakfast
- 1/3 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup milk (or milk alternative)
- 3 egg whites 1 yolk
- 1 banana or blueberries
- Optional toppings: cinnamon, nut butter, seeds.
The Steps To Make My Healthy Oatmeal With Eggs Breakfast
Step 1:Wash your hands.
Step 2:Place all the ingredients you need in front of you.
Step 3:Combine oats, milk, egg and fruit in a bowl and mix well.
Step 4:Microwave for 1 minute.
Step 5:Stir well.
Step 6;Microwave another 60-90 seconds, depending on desired consistency (longer will make it drier, shorter will make it more liquidy).
Step 6:Top as desired and serve warm.
