Randwick Nutritionist: Post Workout Smoothie

Randwick Nutritionist: This smoothie is a great source of energy. This recipe is also packed with protein, which helps prevent your body from using its own muscle tissue for energy and help encourage muscle synthesis.

Ingredients For My Healthy Posy Workout Smoothie

  • 100ml water
  • 1 scoop of good quality protein powder
  • 1 banana
  • 1 handful of spinach
  • 2 tbsp. of good quality nut butter
  • 1 tbsp. cacao nibs or dark cocoa powder


The Steps To Make My Healthy Post Workout Smoothie

Step 1:Wash your hands.

Step 2:Place all the ingredients you need in front of you.

Step 3:Place all the ingredients in the blender.

Step 4:Screw the head of the blender on tight, place the cup and attached head to the motor and blitz for approximately 20-30 seconds or until the smoothie is smooth to drink. If it is to thick add a little bit more water.
