Randwick Personal Training- Shoulders Totally Toned Arms

Randwick Personal Training-This is a hypertrophy style workout; in brief a style of training intended to induce the fastest muscle growth.

Using the bigger muscle groups for example back and chest muscles when exercising effectively will help release testosterone and human growth hormone in your body which is essential for muscle growth, and shaping or toning of your muscle.

Upper body strengthening exercises are an important part of any weekly program, strengthen these major muscle groups will have a positive effect on toning and shaping your body.

The shoulder joint has several key stabilizers that act to keep the shoulder moving optimally, allowing enhanced definition around the shoulder.

Exercise Routine:

Randwick Personal Training-Start by gathering all your equipment, this will save time when you start the Upper Body Workout. Try and organise your stations, and plan ahead for the workout, this will help you keep focused, even on busy day’s at the gym.

The duration of the workout  will last between 45 – 60 minutes.

Each exercise will late about 15-20 seconds then followed by 45-60 seconds of rest then you repeat.

After all the exercise are complete rest for 60 seconds then finish of doing some Myofasical workout

Set: 3-4

Reps: 12-15

Totally Toned Arms Workout:

Station 1: Close Grip Push Up

Station 2:Chest Press Machine

Station 3:Close Grip Pull Down

Station 4: Wide Grip Pull Up 45 deg.

Station 5:Lateral Raise

Station 6: Single Arm Shoulder Press

Exercise Equipment:

This is what you will need to do today’s workout:

  • 1 bench
  • Dumbbells ranging from 2-7kg (it’s all down to your strength)
  • Pull Up Bar
