Recipe For Healthy Breakfast Granola

Randwick Nutritionist – To be honest this is my wife’s Healthy Granola Recipe. She found this Healthy Granola Recipe online, and added a few extra ingredients like cinnamon and cranberries, which in my opinion just encourages you to go back for seconds.

This could be easily used as an occasional breakfast options or even a homemade cereal bar, which the whole family could enjoy.

This Healthy Granola Recipe is a great source of healthy fats of which come from the nuts and seeds. This recipe is also a great source of fibre which is really important for digestive health.

Just one thing to be mindful of, even though nuts and seeds are a healthy alternative to  processed cereals, it is always important to understand what a serve looks like so your less likely to over eat. Nuts and seeds are calorie dense, meaning a small serve pack a large punch in calories.

If you are going to the trouble of eating healthy don’t mess it up by over eating.
