What you need:

Dumbbells for Squats: ranging from 5-10kg

Dumbbells for biceps: 4-17 kg

1 x TRX suspension cable (body weight exercise)

1 x matt: Push Up’s & Hip raises

1 x Bike for sprints

4-5 rounds

bike level 5 80-90 rpm 60 seconds
