Workout Of The Week “Let’s Ski”



Planning a long weekend down to the snow this year..?

Here is my favourite 5 ski preparation exercises  which should help you feel strong and mobile on the slops this year!

  • Squats on the bosu ball: Benefits-Improve balance, support joints, help with muscle growth by strengthen quad, glute and calfs.
  • Flamingo:Benefits- Improve single leg balance and strengthening hamstring
  • Squat jumps:Benefits-Strength-speed, build power, improve rate of force development, and of course build up plyometric capacities.
  • Deadlifts:Benefits-Functional,improve muscle mass, increase core strength
